Documents, PDFs and FAQ text. The agent uses retrieval-augmented generation, so it answers from your uploaded content rather than making things up. Knowledge base size depends on your plan: 2 MB on the trial, 5 MB on Starter and 25 MB on Growth and Pro. More detail on training on your own data.
Can it send WhatsApp alerts when I get a lead?
Yes. When a conversation produces a lead or a proposal request, Bitsa AI captures the details as a structured record and notifies you by email and WhatsApp straight away, so you can follow up while the visitor is still interested.
Is my data secure?

What are credits and how many do I need?
